We’re seeking a technical, Functional Analyst-CRM to analyze and document needs for software applications by recording functional requirements of users and converting those into functional specifications in order to guide the creation of software applications that match the needs of the (internal) customer. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Map the processes, the flow of information throughout these processes and the system requirements of the departments in order to have an overview on the current and future software applications of the (internal) customer Analyze requirements identified by the Business Analyst, in tight cooperation with other (IT) colleagues and convert these requirements into a detailed user story Drive the squad in its understanding of all user stories in order to make sure that the squad can make an accurate and realistic estimate of the story Provide continuous consultancy about process improvements and the quality of the tools being used in order to strengthen the business Profile Assist the product owner and project leader in the functional area by providing follow-up and guidance of programming and implementation of new or modified programs or applications to ensure proper execution Design future proof functional solutions that take into account the global context of all different business lines in order to have a solid basis for future implementations. Update and maintain professional knowledge and demonstrate up-to-date expertise on the company processes within the assigned functional domain in order to do profound research and recommend solutions and improvements for the benefit of the organization. Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Information Technology, Management, Business Administration, or another applicable field Experience & Skills Must possess a minimum of two years work experience performing a substantially similar role working functional analysis or business process management Demonstrated knowledge of business ERP systems with a focus on sales including data inputs, typical sales processes, and interactions with other ERP modules Proven track record in project management, planning, implementing, and communicating technical information Ability to handle multiple projects and changes quickly and effectively Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Demonstrates proficient presentation and facilitation skills Proven experience and demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality Offer Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate technical information to individuals with non-technical backgrounds/experience Demonstrated ability to collaborate in an effective, positive manner with employees at all levels across the organization Demonstrated attention to detail with proficient organization and time management skills Knowledge and/or experience working in an Agile/Scrum SDLC environment Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%-20% internationally TVH offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, access to an onsite health clinic for you and your family, vacation and sick time, a retirement plan.
