Role: Functional Tester 

Skills Requirements:

BS degree and at least 5 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 3 years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.At least 5 years of experience performing as a software tester

1. Experience with interface testing with emphasis on user personas.
2. Experience with SQL server and experience with writing and executing backend tests using SQL.
3. Experience with drafting test plans and test cases including functional, regression, performance, and load testing.
4. Experience with interface testing for complex applications
5. Experience with web services and API testing.
6. Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile-Scrum development methodology.
7. Experience with gathering metrics and monitoring progress.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
9. Experience with 508 testing.
10. Experience with HP ALM and JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 508 testing tools such as WAVE and AMP.
• Understanding of FDA's EPLC Process.
• Experience with test automation and/or performance testing.
• Experience with HP Load Runner and/or jMeter.
• Familiarity with Windows, LINUX, WebLogic, Oracle DB, PL/SQL, SoapUI.
• Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, & PowerPoint).
• Experience with Agile SAFe methodology.
