The role will be responsible for the performance and delivery of Salesforce utilisation, compliance, and development across the OCS Group. They will also be responsible for the creation and adoption of driving sales metrics and reporting functionality.
Responsibilities will include:
- Strategic design and execution of Salesforce CRM program - Working with relevant internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute a roadmap for Salesforce CRM
- Management and administration of Salesforce database - Set standards and processes, where they do not exist today, for how Salesforce is used across OCS and provide Sales Management teams with a set of report templates to monitor compliance
- Governance and oversight of Salesforce CRM standards for adoption and utilisation - Hold overall functional responsibility for how well Salesforce is being used, relative to the defined standards and processes. but with in-country ownership remaining local
- Building a set of standard reports at Group, Region (with focus on APAC) and country level and providing support on additional custom reports as needed by the local businesses. These reports to cover funnel management, win/loss reporting, key opportunities, pipeline sufficiency
- Salesforce functional support to in-country super-users - Working with countries to ensure we have an effective super-user team and user sales training. A key part of this is a better articulation of the benefits for the user to increase user buy-in and to address user issues and concerns. Migration to Salesforce Lightning would support this
- Managing the direction of the Salesforce architecture development
Experience required:
Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or IT
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM platform
- Expertise in Power BI
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
Working experience/Personal attributes
- Strong working experience in the Sales Operations function of a multi-national services business
- Experience leading the global roll-out of a Salesforce program
- Salesforce architecture change management experience
- Experience building a Salesforce oversight and compliance program
- Team player, with strong collaboration skills
- Strong influencing skills
- Attention to detail
- Process driven
- A champion and advocate for the Salesforce platform
- Willingness to challenge historic practice, and if necessary, create tension in the organisation to drive change
- High numeracy skills and analytical skills with an attention to detail and accuracy
