Job DescriptionA leading Salesforce ISV are looking for a Head of Customer Success! This company, who's product is sold on the Salesforce AppExchange and used by more than 750 organisations, are looking for someone to work closely with their customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will report into their Assistant Director. They are flexible about the location of this post; however, travel will be required across the UK and occasionally overseas and you will be required to frequently visit their Central London office. Location: Central London Salary: £48,000 - £56,000 Duration: Permanent Your responsibilities will include:- Leading their customer success & support team
  • Gaining a deep understanding into customer experiences and ensuring they are getting the most out of the product
  • Developing, maintaining a customer community to provide a platform to monitor and support cases You will be require to have:- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce
  • Strong experience leading teams and staff management
  • A track record of working with clients to assess their business processes and requirements and building systems to meet those requirements
