Job Description - Head of Mulesoft - London - £90k - £100k

Role & Responsibilities

• Hiring, growing and developing our great MuleSoft team
• Developing our technical practitioners, cross-skilling and upskilling our development staff into MuleSoft
• Mentoring our young team, instilling best practice and imparting your knowledge and experience
• Coaching our team to be delivering to maximum value and efficiency for the benefits of our customers
• Supporting our pre-sales team in the scoping of new business opportunities using MuleSoft

Skills & Qualifications

Must have

• 6 + years integration experience in a development role, with at least 3 + years in MuleSoft
• Mule Dev & Mule Architect Certified
• Expertise in working in an Agile development environment
• Leadership experience of SCRUM development teams
• Enterprise integration delivery experience on other non-Mulesoft platforms
• Deep real-world Force.com integration deliveries experience of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments such as HTTP/HTTPS, JSON/XML, RESTful/SOAP Webservices, Java, C++, and ASP
• GIT and Continuous Integration experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM subject preferred

Desired

• Wider Salesforce qualifications - e.g. Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification
• Experience cross a range of Salesforce Clouds (e.g. Sales, Service, Marketing)
• Wider Salesforce technical experience writing well-documented code in Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, Lightning
• Background in people development
• A presence within the wider Salesforce ecosystem (e.g. user groups, etc)
