This company, who's product is sold on the Salesforce AppExchange and is used by more than 750 organisations are looking for someone to take the lead on product research, design/redesign and development of new product enhancements. You will evaluate the potential and practicality of their product.

They are flexible about the location of this post, however travel will be required across the UK and occasionally overseas and you will be required to frequently visit their Central London office. You will into their Director of Technology.

Salary: £48,000- £56,000

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading their development team
• Developing a technical strategy and roadmap
• Gaining a deep understanding into customer experience to identify product gaps
• Keeping up to date with Salesforce to make sure their product remains up to date and relevant

You will be required to have:

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce
• Experience overseeing a product management team
• A fundamental understanding of SaaS systems, business models and development
