A leading Salesforce ISV are looking for a Head of Product! This company, who's product is sold on the Salesforce AppExchange is used by more than 750 organisations are looking for someone to help them provide high quality implementations and extend their consultancy offering. You will lead their Service Delivery & Consultancy team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and return on investment.

They are flexible about the location of this position; however, travel will be required across the UK and occasionally overseas and you will be required to frequently visit their Central London office. You will report into their assistant Director of Technology.

Location: London
Salary: £48,000- £56,000
Duration: Permanent

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading their Service Delivery and Consultancy team
• Implementing project management systems to improve resource management and customer accountability
• Working closely with the business development and customer success teams to develop and promote their product
• Keeping up to date with Salesforce to ensure their product remains up to date and relevant

You will be expected to have:

• A strong background within Salesforce
• Experience managing multiple projects and budgets concurrently
• An ability to set and adjust priorities to meet deadlines
• A strong background in leading teams
