Role : Integration Project Manager

Location : Onsite in Hartford, CT after COVID
Duration : 6+ months

Interview : Phone and F2F/Skype (they will interview locals 1^st)

MUST HAVE SALESFORCE EXPEREINCE

Most importantly:

• Project Management experiences in a Scaled Agile Environment (previous Aetna experience preferred)
• Strong technical skills with experience with enterprise level integration services
• Excellent communication skills / willingness to backup or serve as a Scrum Master depending on the need
• Strong Salesforce experience

Must Haves:

• Integration work previously
• Executive presence be able to communicate with the Director/VP
  • Provide executive summary very quickly
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• SAFe

Plus:

• Healthcare
• salesforce cert
• Omni-channel
• Would love to have someone that has a track record with Aetna would take this over the salesforce

Day to Day:

• They have salesforce that they are integrating into several features. This person will work with the infrastructure team, and lead the coordination of the integration work. They might end up with two or three integrations or feature sets that they are working on at any one time.
• Serve as a back-up for the scrum master
• Serve as a back-up for manager be able to communicate on her behalf (communicate at that executive level)
• They are in planning this week very early stages, and need someone to start ASAP
