Salesforce Solutions Architect
Financial Services

Solution Architect’s will serve as the sales organisation’s internal pre-sales engineer and technical expert on our Clients product, SFDC platform, integrations, security measures and resource ecosystem. This person will engage with customers and partners throughout the sales cycle to illustrate the value of the Banks Operating System and to quantify the benefits of a customer’s investment in the bank. This position is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities

• Work in tandem with the Direct Sales Team, Product Development Team and Professional Services Team to develop customized environments to help address prospect scenarios during the sales process
• Contribute and/or lead prospect specific inquiries and scoping projects around implementation, Support models, technical configuration, security and/or data integration
• Perform detailed analysis of technical requirements during sales cycle and while completing RFPs
• Demonstrate how to implement Salesforce.com security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups within a demonstration environment
• Demonstrate how to create Salesforce.com custom objects, fields and editing page layouts within a demonstration environment
• Demonstrate how to create Workflow and Approval Processes within a demonstration environment
• Create dashboards and reports to represent prospect specific scenarios
• Load or export data via the Apex Data Loader and other tools
• Lead training webinars for employees to explain recent release functionality, demonstration environment configuration and behavior
• Maintain training materials for new hires to help get them up to speed on the internal demonstration environment

Qualifications

Required:

• 4+ years full-time Salesforce Administration or Implementation experience or combination of experience, education, & superior performance
• Familiar with European banking regulations and governance
• Ability to travel 30-40% of the time
• Experience designing Custom Formula Fields, Field Dependencies, Validation Rules, Work Flows and Approval Processes for automated alerts, field updates and email generation according to application requirements
• Knowledge of Security standards specific to the financial services industry
• Data management skills, including advanced Excel and SOQL skills
• Strong research, analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Highly professional with strong communication skills especially in solving complex credit-related challenges in the financial services industry
• Fluent in English; additional language fluency preferred including Spanish, German and/or French
• Ability to work outside of standard business hours as necessary

Desired:

• Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce
• Knowledge of Form Generation tools such as Conga and Drawloop
