Position: Implementation Specialist- Salesforce

Location: Remote- Ideally Dallas or Atlanta Based

Duration: 12 Months

Our client, a worldwide telecommunications leader is seeking a Implementation Specialist with Salesforce CRM experience to facilitate the implementation and adoption of Salesforce CRM into their current environment. This is a remote position. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for working with various client business units in driving utilization of the Salesforce tool.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Business Analyst to fully understand and identify business requirements
• Partner with client development resources to identify needs
• Definition and creation of reports and dashboard with Salesforce platform
• Work alongside client Change and Adoption team to drive utilization of the Salesforce tool including with client Sales Operations
• Work with various business units within Business Solutions group to identify key insights related to CRM business needs
• Document discovery from stakeholder meetings
• Assist BA in definition of project scope
• Assist BA in development of process flow diagrams
• Assist BA in the documentation of solution approaches

Required Skills

• 5 plus years of CRM implementation experience

• 2 plus years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience
• Strong documentation skills
• Previous experience with AT&T sales processes

Certifications:

Salesforce SFDC Admin Certification is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree
