• Support the design of both phase 1 and 2 of the program.

• Develop facilitator materials and train-the trainer approach

• Train other facilitators and certify them on the program.

• Coach facilitators on content delivery and make recommendations.

• Conduct facilitated sessions using a virtual platform.

• Lead sustainment activities such as coaching circles, executive round tables, etc.

• Serve as the program manager for phase 1 and phase 2

Skills/Experience:

• vILT delivery using Zoom, Webex, or related LXP.

• Proven experience in using break out rooms, managing discussions, using effective polling, reviewing pre and post work and team assignments, moderation and design of coaching circles and post-program acitvities

• 7+ years of experience training on diversity and inclusion or culture related content.

• Excellent communication skills and able to work at all levels of an organization.

• Experience leading a learning journey project plan from analysis to launch

• Experience designing and facilitating virtual D&I programs

• Multi-lingual is a plus!
