Job Title: Infor-M3 Solution Architect – Sr

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months contract

Job Description:

• 15+ years of experience with core Infor-M3 ERP and at least two years of experience with M3 cloud platform
• End to end implementation and integration of Infor-M3 ERP through all phases of implementation – blueprint, design, build, test, deployment and hyper care.
• hands on knowledge of core M3 functions related to org level, master data, manufacturing, sales, order management, procurement, warehousing, logistics, finance and edge applications.
• Knowledge of functioning and impact of M3 configuration
• Must have strong Infor-M3 solution experience to understand the business process to be transformed into M3 ERP, the edge applications and integrated partners.
• Must be familiar with M3 database, table relationships, table change logs, Infor-datalake and be able to guide teams supporting BI reports and analytics
• Must have high level knowledge of at least some of the Infor – M3 edge applications – IBP, d/EPM, Factory Track, IDM, GT-Nexus etc.
• Must be familiar with personalization concepts and be able to build strategy for the program
• Must have working knowledge of all development work as related to forms, workflows and  integration.
• Must have strong experience with data migration and be able to guide data conversion team in data profiling and transformation tasks
• Must be able to provide high level solution design to program leadership and then guide delivery teams in understanding and building the solutions
• Must have experience in presenting M3 as solution and do FIT/GAP analysis as per program needs.
• Must have strong experience in determining scope of work, describe timeline, do resource planning for successful on time delivery at optimized cost
• Must be capable of defining success criteria for each project vertical and for overall program.
• Must be able to control scope creep and provide strong leadership to change control board
• Must be familiar with managing cloud mased multi-tenant environment strategy to support several development cycle landscape
• Must be experienced with M3 security features and be able to guide governance board on business roles as per segregation of duties
• Must have strong communication skills and ability to run high scale implementation in a multi-vendor multi applications environment
• Must be familiar with deployment strategy for a large-scale implementation and help build a robust cutover plan
• Must be able to guide change management team in developing change management processes and building user guides and training material
