Job Title: Infor M3 – SCM Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months contract

Job Description:

• Minimum 5 years of Infor M3 hands on experience
• Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing or finished goods industry.
• Must be familiar with Infor M3 master data as related to material, customers, and suppliers.
• Must understand M3 concept of stock serialization or lot numbering.
• Strong familiarity with allocation of orders as per attributes.
• Should be very familiar with M3 WMS processes for pick list management, pick and pack, shipment and outbound ASNs.
• Strong familiarity with creating Infor M3 MOs, DOs, ROs, POPs and POs followed by managing inbound shipments and receiving.
• Must be familiar with M3 inventory management processes.
• Strong operational knowledge of using M3 transactions for stock transactions, material planning, inventory attributes, material attributes and lots.
• Must be very familiar with M3 stock integration programs and resolve errors seen during integration.
• Must be willing and capable of learning Infor M3 edge applications that support supply chain.
• Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data
• Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects
• Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with business users while promoting best practice methodologies to improve operations
• Assist in promoting a positive image and inter-business relationship with end users, business partners and support vendors
• Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing current methodology and processes

Qualifications for Supply Chain Analyst

• Experience analyzing and improving supply chain data, information and processes
• High-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes
• Strong professional written and oral communication skills when conversing and negotiating with partners
• Strong presentation skills in preparing content and presenting to business users
