Job Description:

Translate business requirements and high-level design documents into implementation low-level design documents

Develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain of Informatica and salesforce code and conduct detail unit testing of end to end functionality

Must have experience on Informatica cloud Platform

Must have experience on salesforce

Technically fluent with SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX concepts

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with waterfall and agile methodology is a plus

Insurance domain knowledge is desirable

Basic knowledge on salesforce

Work with the customer IT & business teams to enable a 24X7 application support and manage the enhancements on these applications

Coordinate with the offshore teams to manage enhancements and support activities in a global delivery model

Perform production support, maintenance and enhancements

Customer interaction and requirement gathering

Design Document walkthrough

Production implementation support

Offshore coordination and status reporting

Ensure the compliance to agreed service levels

Ensure code is well maintained using source code version control
