SUMMARY

As a Salesforce Developer, you will under general direction, devise and/or modify procedures to solve complex application problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.  This includes coding, testing, debugging, documenting, deploying, and maintaining those programs.

RESONSIBILITIES

• Work within a team using Agile methodology to design, configure, and develop custom software.
• Strategize with the team to determine the best solutions based on the business requirements provided.
• Define detailed application specifications, standards, flowcharts, and diagrams.
• Generate documentation for all new and modified code changes.
• Collaborate with other developers and provide code reviews to troubleshoot, ensure consistency, and share knowledge across the team.
• Use industry best practices and procedures to deploy changes from development to production.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Over 5 years of Application Engineering experience.
• Over 3 years of heavy Salesforce development ((Lightning Components and APEX).
• Experience with Rest APIs and integration.
• Sound knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in a high collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of design and programming techniques that provide security.
• Ability to debug code to troubleshoot and analyze defects.
• Sound understanding of application engineering concepts.
• Knowledge/experience with querying databases for data lookup/update.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Salesforce Community Experience.
• Experience in Salesforce Automated DevOps.
• Experience in multi-org Salesforce Environment.
• Financial Services industry experience.
