• Own end-to-end development process for Salesforce Release train.
• Identifies and resolves technical operational and organizational problems.
• Develops technical strategies for the team to refine the delivery process.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 10+ years leading Engineering teams.
• 3+ years development experience in Salesforce solutions (FSL a plus).
• 2+ Years working with Global teams
