Job Summary The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement activity of OnSolve’s Salesforce.com instance with a core focus on the Sales and Service Cloud. The successful candidate will have a track record of supporting and improving business processes through configuring, testing, and deploying standard Salesforce functionality and enhancement requests. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new functionality to support business growth, strategic initiatives and drive change when needed. This role is part application administrator, part developer, part business consultant, and part analyst. Responsibilities Serve as a system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 300+ users. Handle all basic system administrative tasks including user management, security/access control, workflows, data updates, workflows/validation rules, and dashboard/report design and management. Complete regular system audits and plan for platform and integrated application upgrades. Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other key integrations including, but not limited to, InContact, zAgile, and Gainsight. Evaluate enhancement inquiries, document requirements, solution design, and implement approved development requests. Develop system training documents and lead regular enablement sessions with system users. Assists in training efforts to onboard new employees and expand the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization. Work independently with system users and functional owners to define and document future state designs and roadmap options. Serve as the Salesforce Service Cloud and FinancialForce PSA subject matter expert for the Customer Experience team. Ability to document and assess business, technical, and data model impacts for Salesforce application change requests. Assist in the planning, management, and execution of technology implementation projects. Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years’ experience as a lead Salesforce administrator responsible for an instance with at least 300 users Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) Demonstrated experience managing multiple application environments (Development, Test, and Production) and leveraging change sets to migrate development work to production Proven track record of successful management of project plans and driving projects to on-time completion Experience using Salesforce tools including Data Loader and Eclipse Force.com IDE Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels of organization Previous experience supporting a sales team and working with a wide variety of cross-function stakeholders Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity Bonus Skills Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM211) Salesforce CPQ Specialist or FinancialForce PSA Administrator Certification Knowledge of Apex (classes, controllers, and triggers), Visualforce components and pages Compensation & Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, Life and additional supplemental insurance 401K Paid time off and personal days Paid holidays The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
