As an IT Business Analyst Intern for Sales, you will be part of an Agile project team utilizing the Agile / Scrum methodologies, working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, closely partnered with business stakeholders. As an Intern, this position will work closely with other Sr. Business Analysts, assisting in the design of new systems and improve existing systems. This position will help with design documentation, software specifications, and creating testing/training scenarios. Working with Sr. Business Analysts, you will help to provide functionality estimation, analysis, design and testing.

We are looking for a talented, driven Business Analyst Intern to join our Information Technology team and help us build our Salesforce platform to further delight our customers.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Work closely with Sr Business Analysts to develop and document business use cases
• Document stakeholder requirements and translate into technical design documents
• Assist with requirements analysis, gap analysis
• Leverage metrics and performance data to understand opportunities for improvement
• Help in the development of solution design options
• Knowledgeable in diagraming current and future state business process flows
• Proactively communicate keeping others updated on progress
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Deliver projects by leveraging an established delivery methodology
• Understand the Salesforce ecosystem with the capabilities currently in use

Qualifications and Experience:

• Skilled in requirements analysis, business process understanding, technical solution design, data analysis and migration and integration
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving capability
• Self-motivated and outcome oriented
• Build a strong rapport with stakeholders
• Ability to take instruction and work with short deadlines
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
• Salesforce experience a plus (not required)

Education:

• Currently perusing a B.S./B.B.A. in Information Systems, Business Administration with an expected graduation date in 2022 or later.
