Internal Salesforce Functional Consultant - Warwickshire

I am working with one of the largest Salesforce users in the UK who are looking to build their own centre of excellence. Within this role you would be acting as an internal Salesforce Consultant, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, as well as getting hands-on with configuration of the platform yourself. This is a vital position for the business wherein you will gather key requirements for optimisation of the Salesforce platform from a declarative standpoint.

Role & Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with key business stakeholders to fully understand internal issues
• Create user stories to which reflect key requirements from requirements gathering sessions
• Support Administration and Delivery of the Salesforce optimisation for maintenance and new releases
• Run workshops and support users with any issues they have
• Get involved with hands-on configuration of the platform where necessary
• Assist the architecture team throughout the full development lifecycle
• Work alongside third party Salesforce implementation parties to ensure that technical requirements are communicated efficiently and are being met

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience of working across Salesforce projects from end to end
• Stakeholder engagement capabilities at high levels
• Salesforce configuration skills, including use of process builder and creating workflows
• Delivery management experience and strong Agile methodology knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
