Job Title: Salesforce BSA

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 6+ Months contract

Job Title: IT BSA I
Duties: Drive ongoing process improvement initiatives with Enterprise Case Management to resolve information problems across the organization.
Responsible for understanding business requirements, creating/grooming user stories, and partnering with the Development team to deliver a solution and a plan.
Take ownership of SDLC documentation for projects in your purview; gathering requirements, authoring specifications and use cases, designing and executing test plans and proctoring structured UAT.
Facilitate iterative specification development with end users by creating rapid prototypes such as system mock ups, logic flows and use cases to establish acceptance criteria, exception handling, and related reporting requirements.
Participate in the change management and go live support processes.
Partner with business operations team members to define, plan, and execute small and medium projects, in addition to ongoing delivery of 'run the business' enhancements and fixes.
Intake requirements and design inputs from multiple channels to self-prioritize deliverables and outcomes for the domain you will own
Skills:
Salesforce experience required.
Experience with Service Cloud, Customer Support, Case Management and Communities is strongly preferred.
End to end implementation experience including project management, issue management, communication and change management is important.
5+ years hands-on Business Systems Analyst experience supporting business stakeholders in various groups such as Support, Services and Partners on a global, enterprise system.
Agile / SCRUM experience required
3+ years experience with Salesforce.com in an Enterprise IT environment
Salesforce Admin Certification (201) Preferred
Knowledge and experience of Einstein platform expertise and advise on solutions that adhere to platform best practices and perform peer code reviews. Configure Out of the Box Einstein.Configure Data Sources to extract data from disparate sources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as with business partners and technical teams.
Self-motivated team player with clear and effective communications skills; Strong time management & organization skills; ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities.
Candidates invited for interviews must provide a technical writing sample from their portfolio (use cases, system or functional specifications, etc.).
