• Must have: Must have very good communication skills.
• Must have worked as a BA on Application Development projects.
• Good documentation and wireframing skills
  Must have worked as a BA on a Waterfall model project where Requirements went for at least 2 months.
• Good co-ordination skills with projects on a Global delivery model with team members in different geographies.
• Must have done consulting for a client as an outside vendor.
• Preferred: PubSec Experience
