What You Will Be Doing

• Prep and delegate project docs - plans, charters, statuses, communication, and etc.
• Create timelines and milestones using tools for smooth flow
• Execute Agile and Waterfall projects with resources and vendors to perfection
• Discuss project expectations to team and stakeholders with confidence
• Risk Management
• Be the liaison between Sr. leaders and project stakeholders consistently to keep strong rapport
• Make sure management and stakeholders are informed on a regular basis on progress with project and be able to address any concerns - make sure satisfaction and expectations are met
• Stay on track for goals and standards
• Organize milestone, budgets/expenses, performance for completion of short/long term goals/deliverables
• Be in charge of execution of project - status meetings, daily scrum, backlog, sprints, etc.
• Stay in budget - make adjustments as needed - financial analysis
• Create status reports and troubleshoot problems as needed
• Determine if project is successful concisely to all parties during life cycle
