Job Title: IT Support Admin
Location: Evansville, Indiana
Duration: 12+ Month’s contract
A. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Project purpose.
Providing support for the users at GEA Evansville, Indiana on Tues, Wednesday, and
Thursday Business Hours
B. SERVICES:
Require Deskside Support Tues, Wednesday, and Thursday Business Hours –
GEA Evansville, Indiana
· Resolve incidents and problems associated with EUC equipment
· Perform reactive troubleshooting to effectively identify potential incidents or
problems, and attempt to eliminate them to occur in the future
· Support Authorized Users in connecting or attempting to connect to corporate
network and assist in the coordination and completion of accessing LAN, print,
and file services; connection to WAN; and accessing appropriate LAN segments
· Install, upgrade and repair EUC equipment (desktops, laptops, monitors, and
associated peripherals)
· Provide software break/fix services and replacement of non-warranty assets for
end users
· Support end users with mobile computing platforms
· Provide support for equipment including desktop devices, mobile devices, display
screens, video systems, docking stations, communication devices, direct
attached printers, local printers, scanners, wireless networking, etc
· Create, change and remove printer configurations and queues based on
requests and in accordance with SLAs
· Provide on-site hardware support for general troubleshooting and problems for
end user computing technologies
· Provide regular, accurate, and timely feedback regarding customer requirements
which shall include supervising assignments and maintaining timely
communication with sales, operations, and branch office personnel.
· Utilize problem management database and systems to track and report on
customer calls and requests.
· Communicate technical information to technical and non-technical team and
customers.
· Provide user support where needed, hardware and application
troubleshooting/repairs, general inquiries, receive new hardware for deployment,
reimage existing systems as necessary. Assist with scheduling any authorized
vendor on-site support.
· Onsite point of contact to escort approved print vendor (Ricoh) to support leased
printers, manage stock of consumables (toner replenishment is automatic),
monitor paper stock and direct facilities/lab group to request order as needed.
Also monitor stock of consumables for 36" plotter. Assumes that consumable
stock is within secure facilities without multiple points of entry.
· Point of contact for IT Infrastructure – smart-hands under the guidance of a L3
customer resource with support of cabling, network equipment,
servers/appliances ISP
· Request for new badges
· Smarthands for A/V systems - TVs/monitors, cabling, HDMI repeaters, sound
system, video switcher
· Provide support on any issues relating to AWS Server and help follow up on
tickets for resolution.

o Secondary FedEx shipping contact (domestic)
o Secondary USPS mailbox contact
