We are looking for Backend Java Developer for senior role (8-10 years) of experience

Detailed Job Description: 

Required Skills

· 100% server side Java, No GUI and No Webservices. I would like to see candidates with “Low latency” Server side dev background with experience developing real time server side trading apps. FIX protocol is a big plus

• Proficient with Core Java

• Experience with, memory management, performance tuning

• Experience in distributed trading system development including Order Management Systems, FIX Protocols, messaging middleware such as Solace/Tibco

• University degree in computer science, physics, engineering, or equivalent programming experience

Nice to have skills:

· Some exposure to electronic trading and financial markets· Knowledge of one of more database technologies

· Financial industry experience in building software systems

· Ability to update management on key projects and issues

· Apache Kafka Messaging

· C++ - a plus / not mandatory
