Job Description

The individual will be responsible for developing and supporting Java/Angular based applications.
The ideal candidate would be someone who can collaborate easily and effectively with a large set of stakeholders, has the required hands-on technical skills to work on application development and support issues

Mandatory skills

• Minimum Required Skills: Mule (hands-on), Unix, Java, J2EE, Webservices, Weblogic

• Secondary Skills : Angular, Microservices , Springboot

• Good experience in trouble shooting Weblogic applications logs in the Unix/Linux environment

• SQL programming experience and ability to troubleshoot and tune long running SQL queries.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle WebCenter a plus

• JSF, Containers

• Pega Experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance applications using Mule, Java/J2EE and Angular technologies

• Participate in all stages of SDLC process

• Debug code to locate reported bugs and issues

• Maintain high standard and follow best practices by re-factor existing code to enhance readability, performance and general structure

• Create POC to demonstrate capabilities and implementation options

• Provide Level support for application issues raised that need to be debugged at a code level

Requirements

• Good understanding of Angular Architecture and expertise troubleshooting issues in a production environment

• Knowledge in Web services, Design Patterns, MVC

• Experience in developing and supporting Java/J2EE applications with exposure and experience in Angular version 4 or above

• Ability to check and tune long running SQL queries.

• Understand priorities and execute work accordingly. Detailed, organized, and results-oriented

• Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

• Proactively work to resolve client issues.

• Be highly responsive to the dynamic nature of the business environment and quickly react against any critical issues related to the supported systems at all times.

• Proactively implement solutions and processes to reduce the number of support calls.

• Familiarity with full project life cycle from requirements through deployment

• The resource that we need should be multi-skilled in at least a few technologies and have the acumen to adapt & learn quickly.
