Job Description:
• Custom development using JIRA REST APIs to migrate data and attachments from home grown help desk application written in C# and SQL Server.
• Custom development using JIRA REST APIs to integrate data and attachments from home grown help desk application written in C# and SQL Server
• Experience with automation of the creation of tasks and subtasks
• Experience with defining custom fields derived from Active Directory attributes
• Customization of emails
• Implementation of SLA emails
• Develop auto approval works flows based on Active Directory attributes that define employee/manager relationships
• Add additional custom fields and display time for existing fields for Issue Navigator customizations
• Process for deployment of changes from development to production environment
• Back up and Disaster recovery
