Who Are You You are a motivated Salesforce professional who is passionate about Creating and Improving business processes within Salesforce. You excel at translating business requirements into workable solutions within the Salesforce platform and have experience supporting users within the platform by troubleshooting and fixing configuration issues while contributing to the development and execution of enhancement road maps based on the needs of your line of business focus. What You'll Do Level 1 functional and technical support including, but not limited to; monitoring, triage, resolution and/or routing to appropriate team/individuals for resolution. Design, configure, test and deploy Salesforce.com functionality.•Develop Salesforce.com reports, analytics and dashboards to support and monitor activity and key performance metrics. Assist in the on-boarding and training of new Salesforce.com users.•Create and manage users, profiles, roles and permission sets in Salesforce. Create and manage page layouts, object records, role hierarchy, workflow rules and forecasts. Perform system troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose problems. Create training, functional and technical documentation as business needs evolve or features/functionality are added. Collaborate with internal teams effectively, seek to understand user experience and stakeholder perspective on operational processes and deliver clear solutions. What You'll Need 2-3 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform 1+ years as an admin in highly complex Salesforce Orgs Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
