Duration: Contract to Hire

 Job Description:

Strong, hands on SF developer with Lightning, force.com, apex coding, possibly DX and java background is almost a must

3-5 years’ experience

  ·     Develop and improve our CI/CD workflow tools and processes

  ·     Engage in and promote open source and inner source initiatives
  ·     Evangelize industry best practices

  ·     Perform test automationRequired Skills/Qualifications:
• Highly collaborative and a good team player!
• Willingness to learn new technologies and drive opportunities for adoption
• BS degree or higher in computer science or related discipline (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience on an agile development team using a modern programming language (Apex/Java/C#/Scala/Python/Go)
• Comfortable with newer Salesforce technologies (e.g. SFDX, packaging, Lightning Web Components)
• Experience developing on Lightning Experience (our project has no Visualforce!)
• Knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6) and how it relates to Aura Framework and LWC
• Proficient with version control systems, specifically Git
• Experience with test driven development
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using industry standard auth protocols (e.g. OAuth, HMAC, etc.)
• Knowledge of industry standard integration patterns (e.g. REST, webservices)
• Experience managing design, implementation and architecture governance within a large corporate environment.
• Ability to debug complex issues spanning multiple systems and familiar with standard tools (e.g. Chrome dev console)
• Enterprise Scale Engineering experience (Industry standard build/test/deploy tools)
• Contribute to improvements of our CI/CD workflow tools and processes
• Relentless search to understand customer’s needs and problems
• Evangelize industry best practices
• Ability to lead engineers to craft simple, elegant and comprehensive solutions
