Quick Apply |Full-time|1 hour ago| Full Job Description SUMMARY: Candidate will aid in the ongoing development of Decisely Salesforce.com deployments. He/she executes projects to assess the service performance business activities by collecting, analyzing and presenting complex data across Salesforce and other Decisely business intelligence tools. Contributes analytical skills, lean processes and speedy turnaround to projects and initiatives. Manages day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of CRM platform for multiple new and existing clients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Handles basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, automation, and other routine tasks Manage Salesforce.com integrations Serves as a secondary System Administrator across Salesforce.com environments Partners with internal partners to deliver against business intelligence needs Coordinates the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests Work with members of the user community to define and document development requirements Supports administrative, development, and change management activities Provides input to technology opportunities that will have an impact on enterprise-wide BI systems Supports design and development of organization-wide views and custom reports May perform analysis for a wide range of requests using data in different formats and from various platforms Provides input to the development of information quality metrics Researches tools, frameworks and mechanisms for data analytics Provides input to standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure, and attributes of the BI tools and systems Assist with establishing the measuring and tracking process for each initiative and project and provides timely reports to all stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned. Facilitate systematic problem solving, implementing solutions to solve root-cause problems.
