Reporting to the Sales Operations Lead, the Junior Salesforce Administrator will collaborate closely with functional leaders to support, configure, maintain, and improve Faire's CRM platform in support of daily operations and strategic initiatives. The role is part technical project manager, part administrator, and part Salesforce analyst. This role will have tremendous impact on the success of Faire by ensuring we are using our sales tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Truly, Zendesk, etc.), and all of our data effectively as we scale and thus will be critical to the company's long-term success As Faire's Salesforce Admin You Will: Serve as a primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks Help prioritize and triage all Salesforce issues and feature/product requests directly with the Engineering team Conduct diligence on our current systems and tools and operate as main liaison with all vendors Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests Qualifications: 1-3 years of operations experience, preferably supporting Sales or Customer Success Org Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards Salesforce Admin Certification preferred SQL knowledge a plus Why you'll love working at Faire: We are entrepreneurs: We believe entrepreneurship is a calling and our mission is to empower entrepreneurs to chase their dreams.
