As the Junior Salesforce Administrator at Kaplan Languages Group you will join the Sales Operations team and be responsible for the daily administration of Salesforce Lightning. You’ll be a key member of the teams working on the pipeline of projects on the 2021 roadmap.
The position will be a combination of business analysis and Salesforce administration, gathering requirements from our global network of users and turning them into solutions.
You’ll need to be comfortable interacting with staff at all levels of the organisation, understand how to gather requirements, and be able to work independently and as part of a small, nimble team with an ever-evolving pipeline of projects.
This position will be mentored by our Salesforce Architect, Integration Specialists, Quality Assurance Specialists and Head of Sales Operations.
Your key responsibilities will involve:
- Taking on projects from the gathering requirements stage through to implementation
- Creating dashboards and reports
- Daily administrative tasks
- Data loading and bulk updates using standard and custom tools
- Customisation and configuration of the environment
- Quality assurance and testing
- Creating automation within the system
- Development support and maintenance of managed packages
- Supporting the Sales Operations teams with systems both internal and external to Salesforce
You’ll have the following:
- Extensive Salesforce Administration experience
- Experience in customising Salesforce systems
- An interest in Business Analysis
- Understanding of development lifecycles, release and change management
- Understanding of workflow rules, process builder and flows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding or experience writing APEX and triggers (desirable)
