As the Junior Salesforce Administrator you will contribute to our team by working on the ongoing development of our salesforce.com global deployment and maintenance. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce.com (SFDC) Lightning platform. You will work closely with the primary SFDC system administrator and Sales Operations Manager, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. How will you be successful in this role? You will serve as a team contributor with the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 300+ users Handle basic administrative functions including user account troubleshooting and maintenance, to supervise and support selling activity and key performance initiatives Assist with regular internal system audits and upgrade preparation Assist with onboarding and account setup of new users Test, evaluate and complete new development requests at the direction of the Sales Operations Manager Complete bulk imports and exports of data Create and manage standard and custom fields, formulas, and page layouts Manage users, roles and hierarchies, and security settings Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved within a timely manner Assist in the development of training plans, materials, and documentation for Salesforce users Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance What you'll need to have: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator with a strong understanding of standard methodologies and functionality Knowledge of the platform, with the ability to build formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity within the Lightning platform Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements Proficient in system-based tools including Microsoft Office applications, flow-charts, e-mail, web browsers and spreadsheet software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, prioritize and meet deadlines True love of continuous improvement, measuring results and problem solving Willingness to learn the complexities of working in a Diagnostic industry where compliance to regulation is a must Excellent project management, organizational and follow-through skill set Desired skills/experience Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified Use, development and maintenance of Einstein Analytics, Pardot, Service Cloud and CPQ (Quoting tool) Salesforce data loader experience preferred Familiarity with SAP, Informatica, Xactly, SQL is preferred Travel requirements 10% travel with a mix of domestic and international locations Typical work-related travel assignments range 2-5 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required.
