About the Role We are seeking a candidate who will jump in and make a significant impact by meeting with teams and stakeholders to understand how they're using Salesforce, deliver Salesforce training by role, and build a Salesforce user experience roadmap. Responsibilities Support administration of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities include customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, permission sets, custom fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, alerts, dashboards, reports, etc. Responsible for training new employees on Salesforce during onboarding Lead user training when rolling out new processes and enhancements. Utilize videos / screen capture to make training a breeze for our employees in other offices Hold ongoing office hours to support users with questions about and gather product suggestions Leverage Salesforce functionality such as Data Loader and Process Builder, as appropriate to optimize processes in the system Provide real-time support for issues relating to Salesforce and other supported integrated platforms; troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner Ensure and maintain data integrity through reinforcement of sales processes, data improvement projects, and ongoing data clean up Contribute to drive adoption by improving the user experience through standardization, documentation, training and ongoing improvement initiatives Create and update process, policy and training documentation Directly support the Salesforce team with operational and administrative duties Monitor Salesforce critical updates and work with the Salesforce team on scheduling when to activate them Assist with administration duties for our Talkdesk for Salesforce integration Qualifications BA/BS in relevant field 2+ years of experience supporting Salesforce from a systems and business perspective Certified Salesforce.com Administrator or Advanced Administrator preferred Requirements Must be able to assist with troubleshooting production issues Strong verbal/written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams Proven track record retrieving and analyzing data Must be extremely detail oriented, highly organized, and able to be effective in an ambiguous environment Experience with Jira is a plus but not required Compensation & Benefits Opportunity to revolutionize the real-estate industry with a mission to help those in need Scale with a rapidly growing organization, with tons of opportunity for growth Work with a team of fun and motivated individuals in a highly collaborative culture Competitive cash salary and compelling equity package based on experience Extremely competitive health benefits; retirement benefits; commuter savings and more We here at Sundae strive to build a workforce composed of individuals with diverse backgrounds, abilities, minds, and identities that will help us to grow, not only as a company, but also as individuals.
