WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Junior Salesforce Administrator responsible for identifying issues, defining business requirements, providing recommendations, and performing configuration for Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ and related systems. You will also manage day-to-day operations of the platform including admin, sales support, and other needs. This person will assist on high priority projects and help drive them from analysis to execution. A successful candidate will be a great problem solver, communicator, and influencer. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will partner with business leaders to drive strategic analyses, optimize system performance, and deliver best-in-class execution.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Create and manage standard and custom objects, fields, formulas, and page layouts
  • Manage users, roles and hierarchies, and security settings
  • Develop and maintain approvals, validation rules, workflow rules, flows, and processes
  • Complete bulk imports and exports of data
  • Document project requirements
  • Manage and maintain third party apps
  • Maintain data integrity through data cleansing and deduplication

WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT

  • 1-2 years Salesforce.com administration experience and/or Salesforce certification
  • Experience using third party tools such as; Outreach, Marketo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data and metrics
  • Understanding of relational database concepts and data management
  • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • 4-year college degree or combination of education and experience
  • CPQ & Gainsight experience strongly preferred
