Full-time|4 hours ago| Full Job Description Location: Austin, Texas Division: CRM Position: Full-Time Supervisor: Department Director Summary This position will be responsible for training and supporting client needs as it relates to Salesforce.com. You should be experienced in supporting teams across multiple business units. Position Responsibilities Ability to internalize and accurately leverage LearningCurv processes Consistently achieve or exceed monthly target(s) established by supervisor Accurately execute training modules with LearningCurv customers Work with LearningCurv’s customers to understand their unique needs and then customize Salesforce to meet business requirements Create and manage custom field / objects, complex workflow rules, record types, data validation, page layouts, and third-party integrations Develop and create customized reports and dashboards based upon client needs Manipulate data and import into Salesforce Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality in order to provide recommendations for process improvements to LearningCurv’s clients Achieve Salesforce Administrator 201 and relevant consultant-level Salesforce certifications Retain training and direction from management Adherence and accountability with regards to company policies and values Work effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent LearningCurv to clients Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills 1-2 years of Salesforce experience as an end-user or 6 months of experience as a Salesforce admin Salesforce Administrator Certification and Sales Cloud Consultant is preferred Strong customer service skills Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel Process-oriented High attention to detail Proficiency in the following areas is desirable, but not required Online screen sharing tools such as RingCentral Meetings, WebEx, GoToMeeting, or Join.Me Business analyst and/or sales experience Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
