Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role is a team player that has demonstrated the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical resources. This role allows for either the application of existing Salesforce experience or the transfer of previous programming knowledge into the Salesforce ecosystem by quickly learning the Salesforce Platform. Being a self-motivated learner of new technologies or technology adjacent skills is a must. Previous hands-on Salesforce experience is preferred but not required. Existing Salesforce certifications or demonstrated success on Trailhead are looked upon very favorably.
Job Responsibilities
Work closely with senior developers to manage the existing Salesforce platform. (75%)
Execute or develop solutions to Client technical requirements. (15%)
Support project managers in the translation of client requirements and effectively communicate with clients. (5%)
Other duties assigned (5%)
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
