Examples include productivity metrics and caseloads per office and region. These dashboards will need to be refreshed, following the nightly system batch process, for end-user access at the start of the business day.<br> <br> <br>+ Familiarity with SQL will help, but is not necessary, to efficiently access data and improve dashboard response times.<br> <br> <br>+ Trouble-shooting any data update/filtering issues will occur as needed as part of the continuous deployment process.<br> <br> <br>+ This position will be remote from the contractor's home office.
