Robert Half Technology is partnering with a well-known brand on their search for a Lead Salesforce Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that has invested a ton into using Salesforce to its full ability. As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of their current Salesforce platform: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and their Partner Community (30,000+ users). Our client is looking for someone who wants to enhance how they use Salesforce – especially looking for ways to drive revenue for the business. We are also looking for someone who has strong leadership skills as they’ll be managing a team of two direct reports. In this role, your day-to-day will include: - Acting as the lead administrator for their Partner Community: including creating and maintenance of workflows, custom fields, reports, dashboards, and data flow management - Identifying needs and working to continually improve Salesforce workflows, reporting, and processes - Updating and maintaining Salesforce systems and user documentation, release notes, and best practices - Developing and documenting processes, fields, notifications, custom objects, page layouts, and workflows - Providing day-to-day end-user support including implementation, user adoption, system configuration and maintenance, formulas, testing, data integrity, backups, and others as identified

Requirements

The MINIMUM requirements for this position are: - 3+ years of hands-on administrator experience with Salesforce, building reports using Salesforce customizations and automation features - Must be Salesforce Administrator certified; other Salesforce certifications are greatly desired - Experience managing direct reports - Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and implement efficient processes - Functional knowledge of the Salesforce.com data structure, Apex Programming, Triggers, and APIs If you meet these requirements, please send your resume to [email protected].
