Lead Salesforce Business Analyst Temp-to-perm (6 months) - no C2C Interim Public Trust clearance (2-4 months) ship required due to program Telecommute during pandemic In addition to being responsible for business analysis, the Lead Salesforce Business Analyst will lead all the Client on the project, who will work directly with the project team and clients gathering requirements to analyze, design andor implement best practice business changes. He or she will work with senior members of the team ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce.com implementations. The Lead BA should have solid functional andor industry knowledge, as well as Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Experience Needed to Be Successful Minimum of 4 years' Business Analysis experience. Minimum of 2 years' as a Salesforce administrator or Salesforce App Builder. Minimum of 2 years' Experience implementing CRM solutions from start to finish, including the creation of business requirements and other formal documentation. Working with the Delivery LeadProject Manager to maintain and coordinate communications with the client throughout each project. Working with the project team to gather the business and functional requirements by scoping defining, and prioritizing requirements. Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality. Understanding and documenting requirements for configuring, testing and launching our Salesforce solution. Understanding Salesforce requirements and Identifying product requirements for future enhancements Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling inconsistencies and breaking down high-level information into details. Working with the Salesforce Architect and Developers to transform new requirements into a robust Salesforce.com design and implementation. Developing and maintaining processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications with the Salesforce Administrator and functional manager Creating training materials and documentation for Salesforce.com users and help train new end users on Salesforce.com and related applications. Configuring Users, Profiles Role CreationMaintenance, Custom and Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Page Layouts and List Views, AssignmentAuto ResponseEscalation, Workflows Approvals and Process Builder. Supporting testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) andor TrainingTraining Materials. Supporting the PM with projects updates, scheduling, invoicing, etc. Desired Qualification and Experience Ability to work with product owners and colleagues to interpret feature requests and develop software in iterative designbuildtest cycles using an Agile development process. Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.
