PLEASE READ: At least 3-years of experience developing on the Salesforce B2C Commerce / Salesforce Commerce Cloud (fka Demandware) Platform is required to be considered for this position. This is non-negotiable and candidates who only have experience with Salesforce CRM or other eCommerce platforms will NOT be considered.

I am currently representing a Lead SFCC Developer opportunity at an established brick & mortar retailer that is looking to break away from their Systems Integrator / Partner and establish more internal ownership over their eCommerce development efforts.

Outside of establishing more ownership, another primary reason for this hire is because my client needs someone to oversee their two internal Junior SFCC Developers in their day-to-day activities, through writing JIRA Tickets and guiding them in migrating away from Pipelines to JavaScript Controllers and SiteGenesis to SFRA, as well as help them begin a Buy Online & Pick Up In-Store project.

To be totally clear, this role will be composed of 70% hands-on development and 30% managing / leading the other developers on the platform - however, no managerial experience is required & this percentage will likely be adjusted to fit this individual's skill set and preferences.

Base Salary ranges from $140-160k DOE and comes with a great package including a lucrative bonus package, top tier benefits, and some very exciting projects to be involved in. This role is FULLY REMOTE, even after COVID Vaccines are issued.
