You will be working in a Lead Consultant position, in a very hands-on role with client-facing responsibilities. This will be on implementations of Salesforce CRM Product such as Health Cloud, Service Cloud & Community Cloud. You’ll also work with integrations, UI Component development and Architectural duties on some projects. You will be keen to grow your skillset, have a passion for Salesforce CRM Consulting and delivering the best solutions to their Healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Salesforce Consultant will:

• Design advanced, integrated & innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform to connect  customers’ data utilizing the full capabilities of Salesforce web service API.  
• Act as a point of contact on Salesforce projects, leading resources and mentor junior Consultants around them to success.
• Be a ‘Go-to’ person for Salesforce queries on the latest & greatest Salesforce products
• Lead discovery sessions with the client, document requirements and act as a Lead on their small-medium Salesforce projects including: complex 3rd party Integrations, CRM implementations and CRM re-architecture of current CRM systems.
• Configure high-level configurations and automations using Salesforce Flows.
• Be able to utilize both Custom Apex Code solutions and Click-not-Code (declarative) to meet client requirements.
• Enjoy working on Architectural designs, being hands-on and collaborate with internal support teams and external clients.

Required Skills 

The Lead Salesforce Consultant will have:

• 5+ years’ hands-on Salesforce CRM experience including work in Consulting.
• 2+ Years of Lightning UI experience designing Components.
• Web development experience in multiple programming languages such as: JavaScript, HTML, SQL, C#, Java).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to work directly with clients on projects.
• Health Cloud Experience or Healthcare Industry experience is crucial for this role. Experience provisioning and administering Salesforce environments in live-production.
• Salesforce Certifications are desirable.
