Lead Salesforce Developer:

A FTSE 250 Financial Services company is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to play a key role in their ongoing technology transformation. You will join a small existing internal team and be responsible for both hands on development, as well as managing technical resources. Your main goal will be to build a centralised CRM (Salesforce) across the business, thus improving processes and increasing revenue.

In this role, you will enjoy a varied mix of solution design, team management and hands on development, therefore it's important you have excellent business facing skills as well as strong technical knowledge (APEX, Visualforce and Lightning). You will be delivering projects in an Agile environment so previous experience of this is highly desirable.

Obviously, under the current circumstances interviews and onboarding will be conducted remotely. When we return to business as usual, you will enjoy a mixture of working from their London office and working from home.

The successful candidate will be expected to have:

• 3+ years Salesforce experience.
• Strong technical experience with APEX, Visualforce and Lightning Components.
• Previously managed a Salesforce development team.
• A solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Multiple Salesforce certifications.
• Excellent communication skills - able to communicate with stakeholders effectively.

Role: Lead Salesforce Developer

Location: London + 1-2 days/week remote.

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + 15% pension +10% bonus
