Lead Salesforce Developer - Midlands (£75,000)

As the Lead Salesforce Developer, you will be leading a highly skilled team and working on complex projects with this growing end user. The organisation is looking for someone to take ownership of the Salesforce platform from a technical stand point, meaning this is a fantastic opportunity for you not only own the architectural concepts, but also shape the Salesforce instance across the business.

As an integral member of the team, you will be hands-on with Salesforce development where you play a pivotal role in driving the Salesforce strategy forward. Not only will you be working on extremely creative projects (the company is looking to disrupt three different markets), you will also be directly engaging with key stakeholders, so you will be developing both your technical and consulting skill set. You will also be a part of building out a new team as the company grows and expands its Salesforce instance, giving you a real opportunity to shape how the business leverages the platform in the long term.

Key Skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (classic and lightning).
• Use of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components
• Confident engaging with stakeholders
• Integrations (SOAP and REST API's).
• Led and managed a team of Developers
• Training users
