Prestigious opportunity within a small merchant bank as part of a pioneering development and engineering team for an experienced Salesforce Developer.

Your new role

As one of our Lead Developers you will be responsible for:

• Working in an Agile delivery team adhering to scrum or kanban principles
• Driving the design, development and support of our strategic customer platform
• Focusing on automation and code quality, working with automated release pipelines and automated test packs
• Mentoring junior members of the team in the development and support of our Salesforce customer platform when required
• Promoting continuous improvement both within specific technology areas and across the IT department
  

What you'll need to succeed

Successful Lead Developers will possess a combination of some of the following skills: -

Previous development experience with Salesforce

• Solid understanding of, and detailed experience with, Salesforce architecture and best practice
• Familiar with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard)
• Writing well-documented code in Apex, Triggers, Lightning and Lightning Web Components
• Configuration and process automation such as Flows and Process builder
• Integrating Salesforce with other applications via Real Time, batch, sync/async
• Full Software Development Lifecycle
• SFDX for development and automation
• GIT version control
