This position is NOT available for VISA holders or for C2C Sponsorhip. 

Day-to-day: Helping to provide senior level architecture and leadership to a new Salesforce application (involving sales and marketing CRM) that will be replacing legacy application bConnected. Initially this role will work with an implementation partner with variable team size with both and local and global team members. Longer term this role will be working with a global team of approximately 10-15 team members.

Must haves:

• Previous leadership experience specifically with understanding large enterprise systems and how to implement Salesforce and solutions, and execute software/development delivery.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, API (Rest/Soap/XML/JSON), Force.com, SOQL, Visual flow
• Exposure/Experience with Mulesoft
• Experience with ‘out of the box’ Salesforce platforms and experience with various plug ins, and add-ons to the platform.
• Ability to lead other Salesforce engineers and advise on how to solution a problem, as well as look at a problem and leverage experience to determine the best course of action.
• Salesforce UI development experience (Via a combination of: Visual Force, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, REACT JS, Angular, AJAX)
• Agile SDLC

Nice to haves:

• Salesforce DX / SFDX experience
• Salesforce Service cloud, marketing cloud, sales cloud.
• DevOps, CI/CD and Automated deployment tools: Jenkins, Ansible, Git
• Automated testing tools: Selenium
• Integrating Salesforce with other applications in real time
• Informatica ETL or Mulesoft data loader
