KPMG is currently seeking a Lead, Salesforce Solution Architect to join our Federal Technology Enablement practice.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business/technical requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform
• Lead solution design sessions, design and document technical solutions that are aligned with the client's business objectives
• Provide implementation guidance during evaluation of a business requirement to determine configuration, customization, or third party product needs
• Estimate the level of effort to implement an Enterprise level solution
• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of Salesforce solution architecture experience
• A minimum of ten years of development and/or architecture experience in Information Technology
• Expert level understanding of the core Salesforce platform products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) with functional knowledge of the entire product suite
• Hold one ore more Salesforce Certifications in Platform Development, System Architecture, or Clouds (Sales, Service, Communities)
• Expert level knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce development and configuration
• Experience with building Reports, Dashboards, Process Builders and Flow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
• U.S. citizenship required and the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time
