Job Requirements:
•
Ability
to analyze data and determine/implement data enrichment or aggregation needs

•
Consulting
with stakeholders to define and determine scope

•
Expertise
in development of reports in Tableau

•
Strong
understanding of advanced Tableau features and capabilities and how that is
implemented for business solutions

•
Ability
to create clear visualizations of specific data as required by the Customer and
provide feedback of the best approach to visualize the Customer’s request.

•
Consulting
experience including business analyst and customer guidance through a BI
project

•
SQL
or MYSQL Database expertise including select statements, view creation, SQL
Cubes and other data manipulation techniques

•
Building,
publishing customized interactive reports and dashboards, report scheduling
using Tableau server.

•
Experience
with creating action filters, parameters and calculated sets for preparing
dashboards and worksheets in Tableau preferred.

•
Strong
understanding of advanced Tableau features including calculated fields,
parameters, table calculations, row-level security, R integration, joins, data
blending, and dashboard actions preferred.

Qualifications:
Passionate FP&A business Analyst with 8-10 years of BI application
development experience.
At least 6 years of experience and proficiency in Implementing BI
Solutions, Planning and Reporting application using Tableau
Strong experience and proficiency in developing
Automation/scripting experience
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or Computer Science or
comparable major
Strong consulting and communication skills. Ability to work
effectively with various organizations in pursuit of problem solutions.

SQL server administration experience, including knowing the basics
of running Microsoft SQL Server — users, permission, backups, recovery,
monitoring, and more.
Ability to create SQL reports.
Solid understanding of Oracle Database, knowledge of SQL Server
Service Broker is a plus.
Database tuning experience, database integration design and
implementation, and management of database projects.
Ability to work with a team in an Agile environment—you can address
bugs with QA, plan schemas with engineering, and respond quickly to other
business needs.
