We are seeking a talented individual with Marketing Automation experience, in particular Marketo. You will be working directly with clients and Strategy Consultants on customer facing projects; and on some of the most exciting and rewarding marketing automation projects across Europe.

You are already a Marketo consultant for an agency or you are currently the Marketo expert in your organisation. You will have several years’ experience of Marketo implementation both designing and building workflows. You will be able to design a Marketo solution based on client requirements and, if required, build this in Marketo. You will be minimum of MCE level. Requirements:
YOU
You have experience working in a fast-paced project development environment, with broad experience in the world of e-commerce. You are a critical thinker and not afraid to challenge everyone you work with, like colleagues, prospects and customers. You are following the jointly established goals together with our headquarters in The Netherlands and enjoy loads of independency.

• Working close with Strategy Consultants to translate business requirements into effective technical specification documents;
• Work alongside the client services team to make sure clients are well informed and understand the solution;
• Lead (or support) client workshops focused on Marketo setup and optimisation;
• Manage and run client calls and meetings to gather, document and validate information required for projects;
• Produce testing documentation and assist the testing phase;
• Be commercially focused to manage, scope and identify new / future opportunities;
• Work with key stakeholders and peers to develop existing / create new services;
• Own your work with authority and expertise using best practice implementation.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience and track-record of working with Marketo (MCE, MCSA or equivalent);
• Proactive strategic thinking and problem solving with a ‘can do’ attitude;
• Know the right questions to ask to get the information you need to define a solution;
• Ability to right clear technical documentation with visual workflows;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Confidence and assurance in front of a client, built on your previous experience;
• Analyse and identify areas of risk and develop plans to minimise risk, including dependency management;
• Professional and client-friendly approach;
• Willingness to travel when necessary.

Ideal Skills & Experience

• Marketing automation experience especially in Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, HubSpot and/or DotDigital;
• CRM experience especially in Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics;
• Knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems;
• Consultancy / Agency background and experience;
• System integration experience a bonus;
• Report, BI and data visualisation experience a bonus.
