Responsibilities
As a member of the IT team, you will:
- Build great relationships with a global IT team, including BSAs, developers & DBAs and a global team of Marketing and Sales business partners.
- Be a go-to resource for SaaS applications that support Marketing Operations, and work directly with our partners in Sales, Marketing, Channel and more to make the most of their toolsets
- Translate business needs into system solutions. You are a good communicator, can clarify team thinking and present options in a dynamic fashion. You know how to ask the right questions to get to a great requirement!
- Analyze and determine application, data and integration and security solutions. You can work with, massage, migrate and troubleshoot data and understand the issues involved with integrated applications
- Co-develop project plans, manage vendor and cross-functional inputs and drive accountability for said plans. You have experience with cross-functional projects and can identify gaps and drive resolution in a collaborative fashion. You are part therapist, part analyst, and part engineer!
- Evaluate, implement, integrate and support SaaS applications across our Marketing stack
- Troubleshoot, support, design, integrate and drive your vision – it’s all in a day’s work!
- Suggest best practices and opportunities for improvement through automation or simplification
- Own solutions to completion. Your organization, time management and drive brings out the best in the whole team and delights your business partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6 or more years’ experience in a Business Systems Analyst/Program Management role supporting business units globally
- Strong analytical skills in analyzing complex problems, processes, and systems to propose solutions
- Great business facing communication skills, understanding of sales and marketing business needs that drive systems requirements, written and persuasion skills
- Experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com a strong plus
- Experience with ancillary Marketing applications that may interface with SalesForce.com and Marketo (or equivalent); ability to solution across SaaS applications
- Good understanding of data quality and de-duplication strategies
- Good design instincts and a penchant for user-centric solutions
- Ability to drive business consensus and simplify processes and designs
- Experience with hands-on design/configuration, data modeling, and cross-systems process modeling experience a strong plus
- Ability to document interfaces and data flows, excellent written communication and persuasion/leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage confidentiality of information
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technology
- Experience with Project Management tools and methodology a plus
