This person will handle the day to day activities pertaining to growing & maintaining our inbound lead accounts and set-up Salesforce CRM Job Requirements: · 3 years+ experience with working in Salesforce CRM. · · 3 years’+ experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). · 1 year+ knowledge of Google Drive applications. · 3 years+ experience with working in Salesforce CRM. · Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns, traffic driving methods, and pricing models is a plus. Responsibilities: · Prospecting & researching new lead accounts across all media platforms (SEO, SEM, SOCIAL). · Initial vetting of new accounts. · Daily communication with account contacts. · Working closely with business development team on day to day lead activities. · Answering the sales line to handle incoming calls, forwarding to appropriate salesperson. · Logging, keeping track, follow up of sales process for publisher accounts. · Updating and managing CRM daily.
